I’d rather say the ability to adapt and promote transformation leads us ahead and makes the actual change possible. Like a conductor, I understand to create a vision and lead high-profile specialists, playing all marketing instruments, to orchestrate whatever the brand needs. With twentysomething years of experience, mainly in Germany and Poland, I’ve been involved in literally all aspects and channels of the industry. Yesterday is long gone, and tomorrow is already today. You don’t have time to wait for change, transformation, sustainability, diversity, growth, content or fun.
